NOTICE: IPI Service Delays

Dear Business Partner,
Southern California and most areas of the country are experiencing very tight IPI capacity and is expected to remain so for the next many weeks. The derailment last week in Arizona and high volume of all intermodal freight has strained the railroads and rail yards creating more delays and rescheduled appointments.
We are working hard to keep the boxes turned and pick-ups made timely, however, pre-loads may take 1-2 days to pick-up in Southern California.
Over the coming days and weeks, we will be closely monitoring the impact of this service interruption and will communicate capacity availability on the intermodal network out of California and other locations.
