Effective Friday, September 4th, please send all claim requests to email@example.com. The firstname.lastname@example.org mailbox will be deactivated and claims will no longer be received at this address.
When submitting a claim for processing, please be reminded to include a written notification of an intent to claim along with the location of cargo (if applicable), description of loss/damage, weight of goods, and estimated value. Our team will respond within 10 working days for any additional information that is needed to process your claim.
