NOTICE: STG Customer Web Portal Enhancement Updates

| We have exciting news to share! As part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent service and support to our customers, please kindly find below the latest enhancements to STG customer web portal: STG Customer Portal Outturn Reports: Added functionality to generate PDFs for the Outturn report within the Container and Report screens.  IPI Tracking: Redesigned and enhanced the IPI Track and Trace screen, including data presentation and map visualization. User friendly experience to help locate your IPI cargo in real time moving on our network.  Upload Attachments: Customers are able to upload attachments from the Container and House Bill detailed Screen.  Air Import Screen  AI Tool: A new AI Powered tool that will help our customers quickly navigate our system. For example, AI will allow for automated customs and freight releases directly into our system. More details coming soon regarding the effective date and all the advantages that AI can provide for you.
