Terminal Service: $ 50.00 per house bill of lading
Facility Fee: $ 100.00 per house bill of lading
Storage: (5 free working days) $ .035 per Ib or $ 12.00 per cbm whichever is greater
Storage Minimum: $ 70.00 per day
Pallets: $ 15.00 per pallet
Shrinkwrap: $ 10.00 per palet
Banding: $ 15.00 per band
Re-weigh or Re-dim: $ 5.00 per pallet or $ 25.00 minimum
Pictures: $ 5.00 each additional
Oversize Fee: $ 75.00 per shipment
Haz Mat Fee: $ 75.00 per shipment
Documentation Fee (CF7512, CF6043, GO) $ 50.00
Overtime: $ 60.00 per man per hour (minimum 3 people)
Weekend Labor: $ 75.00 per man per hour (minimum 3 men)
