STG keeps meticulous records related to incidents, near misses, inspections and training, and documents corrective actions taken in response. For further improvement, we gather insights from our records to identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement. With data insights, we’ve been able to reduce injury frequency and severity by over 80% in the past five years.
