NOTICE: Shipping Containers Accident at the Port of Long Beach
| Dear Business Partner, On the morning of Tuesday, September 9, 2025, several containers fell from the vessel Mississippi while it was berthed at the Pier G (International Transportation Service – ITS) terminal at the Port of Long Beach, CA. Port officials have confirmed that no injuries were reported. As a precaution, cargo operations at the terminal were temporarily suspended while responders worked to secure the affected containers. At this time, information on next steps is limited. We will reach out directly should your container be identified as being on this vessel within the next hour. Unfortunately, we cannot yet confirm whether your cargo was affected, so we encourage you to also contact the steamship line for updates.
