STG’s Chilled Distribution Department receives Top Warehouse Leader, Leaders in Excellence Awards
COLUMBUS, OH / Food Logistics, the only publication exclusively dedicated to covering the movement of product through the global cold food supply chain, named Paul Janosko, STG’s Vice President of Chilled Distribution, a Top Warehousing Leader award as part of its 2025 Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Awards. In addition, Becki Telesca, STG’s Chilled Distribution Operations Manager, was also selected for a Leaders in Excellence award. The Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Awards honor individuals in the industry whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the global cold food supply chain.
“At STG, we are enormously fortunate to have incredible employees throughout our organization,” said Todd Larson-Senior Vice President, Contract Logistics. “Our Temperature controlled Food Grade Distribution Operation is comprised of a Dedicated, Passionate Team committed to finding the right solution for each of their customers. These well-deserved awards highlight the contributions Paul, Becki and their Teams make each day to our organization and to the Logistics and Supply chain industry as a whole.”
Janosko oversees STG Logistics’ food facilities and food clients. He oversees all work related to food safety and sanitation as well as all FDA-related work. Over the course of his career with STG, Janosko has successfully collaborated with customers to secure long-term agreements, which lends to organizational stability and paves the way for future growth. Additionally, Janosko instituted a new employee recognition program that has not only boosted employee morale, but it has also increased employee dedication and commitment to STG’s core values.
As operations manager for the Chilled Distribution Department, Telesca manages STG’s raw materials facility, and oversees back-office work. In addition, she manages site visit coordination for customer revisits as well as governing organizations like the American Institute of Baking (AIB). Because of Telesca’s management, the Chilled Distribution department continued to grow after the COVID-19 pandemic even though business could be unpredictable.
“From cargo fraud and Mother Nature to ever-changing food safety regulations and a new Presidential Administration that could bring an increase in tariffs, cost of goods and more, many of today’s supply chain leaders are faced with a number of challenges. But it’s their resilience, hard work, innovation and attention to quality that separates these rock stars apart from everyone else. Every year, this award puts a spotlight on the best of the best in the cold chain industry,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
