| Please kindly note, the facility hosting STG Logistics Government Filing servers will be performing maintenance on their electrical systems starting this Friday, 11-Jul-2025, at 10 pm ET / 7 pm PT through Saturday, 12-Jul-2025, at 1 pm ET/ 10 am PT. During the scheduled maintenance period, all Government Filing services, payment processing, and EDI transactions in and out of STG’s CMS system will be temporarily unavailable.
