STG Logistics’ Financial Restructuring Process

What You Need to Know

What We Announced

STG Logistics, Inc. is taking important steps to strengthen our financial foundation and balance sheet to continue investing in our nationwide port-to-door network.

On Monday, January 12, 2026, STG and certain of our affiliates initiated a court-supervised restructuring process that will significantly reduce debt and provide new capital to advance strategic initiatives, strengthen our market position, and solidify a promising future. Chapter 11 does not mean we are going out of business or liquidating; it is a court-supervised process in the U.S. where companies can improve their financial situation while operations continue.

These actions will allow us to continue serving our customers, contractors, and partners with the highest service and reliability that define our business. With the support of our key financial stakeholders, we have a clear plan and expect to move through this process quickly. You can read more about our announcement here https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/stg-logistics-announces-strategic-transaction-to-strengthen-financial-foundation-and-market-position-302658672.html

Importantly, we continue to operate business as usual, with no anticipated disruption to go-forward payments for our valued partners to ensure continuity of our on-time, port-to-door services that customers rely on across our network.

Our Future

STG is here for the long haul. We remain strong and fully committed to providing the reliable port-to-door logistics solutions our customers expect. It is business as usual at STG, and our CFS and transload, contract logistics, drayage, intermodal, OTR, and LTL services are continuing without interruption. Your contacts, schedules, and day-to-day processes remain unchanged, and you can continue to rely on us for safe, seamless, end-to-end service.
