Notice: Emergency FSC- Effective March 30, 2026
We would like to inform you of an upcoming rate adjustments due to the ongoing geopolitical situation involving Iran and the significant impact it has had on fuel costs.
Effective March 30, 2026, a 12% Emergency Fuel Surcharge will be assessed on the base tariff for all inland import IPI and RIPI transportation. Additionally, a $25 per CFS container FSC fee will be applied to all drayage moves for STG CFS-handled import and export containers.
As a result of the sudden and rapid increases in fuel surcharge (FSC) costs nationwide, STG Logistics will be implementing a rate increase across all transportation services, including Export, Import LCL, Transload, IPI, and RIPI services. This adjustment is necessary to help offset the rising costs affecting our transportation network.
Please note that while we always strive to provide a 30-day advance notice for any rate changes, the urgency and volatility of the current situation do not allow us to do so in this instance.
STG will continue to closely monitor fuel cost fluctuations and will make adjustments as needed to reflect market conditions.
